1. 飯店機電、空調、消防等工務修繕保養維護。
2. 飯店內臨時緊急夜班修繕事項。
3. 維護館內的清潔保養工程。
4. 每日各溫泉池清潔刷洗保養。
5. 其他主管交辦事項。
(*值班大夜班：津貼另外提供)
