【業務内容】

・定期、不定期、複雑なプロジェクト管理におけるパフォーマンス目標（品質、コスト、収益性、納期、タイミング、NPI 導入）の確保。

・顧客の期待に沿い、コンセプト作成、複数のプロジェクト推進、生産プロセスの立ち上げなどの遂行。

・プロジェクト導入進展に関わる、顧客とコミュニケーション管理及び定例会議（頻度は毎日から四半期）の開催。

・プロジェクトチームの一員として、人材育成（社内文化、コアバリュー、SOP、EHS、Security）やイノベーションを推進すること。

【Job Description】

Business strategy planning and execution for the business expansion of PC/Smart phone manufacturing service. This is a position in charge of project managment related tasks including but not limited to market research, strategy planning, business scheme building and sales performance management:

・Market analysis and new business development

・Medium to long-term business project plan formulation

・KPI design, monitoring and management

・Team and communication management

・Regular meetings and reports to clients
