Mô tả công việc
What's your daily will be:
1. Implement, manage and maintain the ocean and air freight rate
2. Analyze, interpret and implement key performance for logistics operation
3. Identify the logistics process improvements with both of internal/external shipment
4. Prepare and implement standard operating policies and procedures for logistics processes
5. Maintain cooperative relationships with internal parties and external logistics service providers.
6. Other requirements to support APAC subsidiaries, as needed or identified.
7. Collect, analyze and documentation of internal/external logistic process of subsidiaries by quarterly (APAC included India, US)
8. Communicate and support the local team timely for transportation issues, as needed or identified.
9. Coordinate shipment deliveries with APAC subsidiaries
10. Strategically and continuous optimization of pricing and shipping conditions of existing and new forwarders (planning and negotiation)
11. Preparing of quotations and shipment tracking with follow-up
12. Build up the bidding for the APAC subsidiaries by quarterly/yearly
13. Monitor the forwarder performance in accordance with delivery time and shipment complaint
