需具備 科技／電子/通訊零組件相關產業經驗:
1. RMA . 客訴. 業務端異常回饋之釐清問題處理廠內調查與分析， 矯正預防措施之訂定。
2. 主導供應商與外包廠商 品質監督、品質異常處理。
3. 供應商輔導與稽核。
3. 主導負責產品檢驗規劃之制定，以及產品功能之測試與驗證、製程品管問題。
4. 主導廠內、供應商、客戶端反饋 品質問題會議召開。
5. 供應商品質系統管理及ISO文件優化 .
6. 產品可靠度驗證與問題分析.
7. 主管交辨事項。
