Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with management to establish a comprehensive talent development framework, encompassing talent specifications, assessments, development plans, and succession planning.

• Design, implement, and manage competency-based learning and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and abilities, aligning with personal development and business growth.

• Plan and oversee the performance management process and personnel development cycle, including probations, promotions, Individual Development Plans (IDP), and performance appraisals, in alignment with company strategies and objectives.

• Manage the HR development system and maintain performance management documentation. Generate reports and conduct analyses to refine and enhance development programs, supporting management decisions.

• Continuously improve HR procedures and plans by leveraging daily operations, staying informed of the latest industry trends, and adhering to government regulations, ISO, and RBA standards.

• Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute various HR initiatives that support the company's strategy and promote a learning culture.
