Mô tả công việc
1. 依據集團需求規劃訓練發展政策、體系與制度執行
2. 規劃與辦理新人教育訓練、崗位認證及內/外部訓練，並協助相關請款等行政事務
3. 維護員工訓練發展紀錄，並協助公司內/外部稽核審查
4. 擔任內部講師，並有效及正確傳達資訊
5. 數位教材編輯與後製
6. 訓練系統導入及優化/改善
7. 員工關懷與訪談、辦理勞資關係相關專案及友善環璄之規劃與建立
8. 其他主管指派工作
