4. 技術團隊：負責內部使用的技術文件撰寫。
✓ 您的職責：
1. 提供售前和售後服務，解決客戶問題。
2. 根據所屬團隊的項目需求，參與並推動工作進展。
✓ 要求：
- 不限科系背景無需相關經驗，我們提供全面的培訓。
- 精通英文和中文。
- 熟悉 Zendesk、Hubspot 或類似客戶服務工具者佳。
- 有 3D 列印經驗者將優先考慮。
