Job Description
1.具有Fine dining經驗者佳。
2.豐富擺盤設計美學者。
3.準備不同菜色所需食材、料理前的備製工作。
4.熟悉山上在地特產及搭配四季主題更換研發菜單。
5.組織團隊廚藝精神且有高度熱誠與分享者。
6.有餐廳經營管理內外場統合者。
7.熟悉食品衛生管理、廚師道德品性佳者。
8.了解各項廚房器具運作及使用者佳。
9.擅長自行研發『手工』精緻、小而巧 創作料理者。
10.淡、旺季食材成本預算控管。
（*另提供宿舍，每月酌收＄５００元）
