1. 機台/WIP規劃/掌握與帳料管理
2. 產線投入與產出掌控、製造專案規劃與執行
3. 監督產線人員日常操作，符合生產流程規範
4. 規劃生產設備操作流程並協助線上異常分析、改善
5. 生產成本/品質/效率/良率改善，具備產線6S觀念，無經驗可

機械產品故障排除檢修 設備器材使用及維護 工廠設備設計與改善 整理分析生產紀錄報告 開立工單及生產交期管理 維持產線正常運轉並跟催生產進度 生產成本控制 協助改善產品良率 建立標準生產流程 產品生產製程規劃及工時估算 提出生產標準改良方案 標準作業流程規劃 改善設備問題及功能提昇 負責生產製程管制與調配 提出製程計畫與產能分配掌握 提昇設備產能稼動率與生產效率 試產／量產時的產品異常分析改善 生產線設計規劃
