相關職務內容與需求技能如下：
1. 具有保險行政相關經驗，一項或多項不同領域的 Domain Know How ，目的在於滿足各不同業務需求工作且並可控制交付的品質、時間、成本。
2. 確保流程規劃設計提供解決方案可滿足使用單位的業務需求。
3. 可識別並有效率的安排個需求內容的優先順序。
4. 確保業務需求中，可正確使用系統工具，明確的識別、理解跟分析一項或多項的不同 Function 需求，交付可持續的解決方案 ，同時可滿足約定的品質、時間、成本的限制。
5. 有責任維護公司相關業務上的資訊安全。
