Mô tả công việc
1.負責產品製程設計/生產設備/測試開發技術指導、檢閱及審查。
2.負責產品製程技術/生產設備/測試技術改善及變更設計承認
3.製程技術分析、生產設備稼動率分析,資源成本與市場需求可行性評估計畫。
4.負責指導產品生產技術演進/改善、測試、修護。
5.分派、指導、評估新進人員工作職務，並監督員工的工作效能。
6.定期招開工廠技術檢討會議
7.制定工廠年度技術培訓計畫
8.導入MES系統有經驗
9.熟悉ERP/ IATF16949/ISO9001、14000系統
