Job Description
The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing projects. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Strong communication skills in English are essential for interacting with international teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Assist in creating project plans, schedules, and budgets. Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
Communication: Act as the main contact for internal teams and external clients. Conduct meetings, draft reports, and provide regular updates in English.
Resource Management: Help allocate resources efficiently to meet project goals.
Risk Management: Identify and report potential risks. Assist in developing strategies to mitigate them.
Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans and reports.
Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions, primarily in English.
