Roles/ Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated trading systems tailored for specific financial markets.

• Research and implement new technologies to enhance system performance, aiming to reduce latency.

• Participate in the design and optimization of system architectures to ensure high performance and low latency.

• Collaborate with the team and contribute to the overall development process.

Required Skills:

• Strong C++ Foundation: Familiarity with C++ language features such as RAII, templates, and basic understanding of modern C++ standards (C++11 and above).

• Programming Experience: Basic understanding of memory management, concurrency, and writing efficient C++ code.

• Modern C++ Techniques: Willingness to learn and apply features from C++17 and above, with some experience in writing maintainable C++ code.

• Software Design Principles: Basic ability to design software systems and apply common design patterns.

• Computer Science Fundamentals: Solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms, with the ability to apply this knowledge in development.

• Performance Awareness: Awareness of performance considerations in software development, with a willingness to learn and optimize code.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MS/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Exceptional candidates with a BS degree and strong relevant experience will also be considered.

• Experience or interest in financial trading systems or high-performance computing.

• Understanding of system architecture, software engineering, or related fields.

• Proactive in staying informed about new developments in software and hardware technologies.

Other Requirement:

• Self-motivated individual with good communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• English proficiency is a plus.
