Mô tả công việc

Responsibility:
1. Analysis the requirements from headquarter;
2. Focus on the non-standard products, mainly for steel/metal product;
3. Negotiate with suppliers to confirm the information of product;
4. Optimize cost, delivery and payment conditions;
5. Further develop an effective and reliable network of local suppliers;
6. Actively communicate with suppliers to build the good relationship;
7. Work closely together with Quality group;
8. Ensure that internal purchasing procedures are followed, monitor results against objectives and take corrective measures in cases of deviation.
9. Lead the team with 2 to 4 buyers to develop the business in repeat order and new order expansion.
10. Be involve in coaching and training the buyer.
11. Manage team's performance and give the support accordingly
