Mô tả công việc
1. 化學、化工、材料、環工等相關科系，大學以上程度；
2. 具備化學合成相關研究經驗；
3. 熟悉相關儀器操作及化學實驗室使用；
4. 新原料選擇並進行測試、分析與評估；
5. 新原料採用前，進行生產製造參數實驗；
6. 產品生產參數設定，製程開發及生產導入；
7. 製程設計及制定採樣計畫與檢驗標準；
8. 對產線產品進行品質檢驗及異常分析；
9. 帶領團隊對量產品質追蹤及協助生產單位解決品質異常問題；
10. 與營業部門共同處理客戶抱怨，以及客訴原因分析檢討；
