Job Description

About the role
The Sales Development Associate for EMEA is responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound email outreach, cold calls, and inbound lead follow-ups.
Responsibilities
1.Execute comprehensive prospect attack campaigns including email outreach, social media outreach, and call follow-ups to generate new clients from untapped opportunities.
2.Create and refine email sequences tailored for different product suites (CrossX and Woopra) and industry verticals (beauty, fashion, gaming, e-commerce, etc.).
3.Maintain and track prospecting spreadsheets, develop an analytical outreach framework in collaboration with regional sellers, and report weekly progress.
4.Localize email templates into multiple languages to effectively target specific regions in EMEA.
5.Join sales calls with sellers to assist in the pitching process and provide necessary support.
6.Utilize lead generation tools (e.g., Hubspot, SignalHire, Apollo) to identify the right prospects based on specific criteria (traffic size, daily app installs, etc.) and update the CRM system (Salesforce).
7.Work with the Business Development Team and Enterprise Solution Experts to qualify opportunities (both inbound and outbound), fill the pipeline with sales-qualified leads, and assist in the deal-closure process.
8.Engage with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications to increase customer interest in Appier product suites.
9.Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends to identify sales opportunities.
10.Conduct in-depth market research to expand the database of prospects within the assigned territory.
About you
We are seeking high-energy, analytical, and driven professionals with strong business acumen, technical aptitude, and natural sales instincts to join our Growth Team as a Sales Development Associate. In this role, you will gain valuable experience communicating with clients at all levels across various industries and will be responsible for selling all Appier product suites.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Minimum of 1 year working in a sales role within advertising, marketing, or media, consistently exceeding assigned sales quotas.
2. Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced sales environment.
3. Proven track record of analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
4. Exceptional email writing skills, with experience using lead-generation tools to identify potential prospects.
5. Ability to send hundreds of emails daily through an automated outreach platform.
6. Confidence in making cold calls to potential clients and handling digital inbound leads.
7. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
8. Content Writing: Experience in email content writing.
9. Strong problem-solving abilities.
10. Native English speaker with exceptional oral and written communication skills.
11. Bachelor’s Degree required.
Preferred Skills
1. Professional understanding of terminology, trends, and concepts in digital marketing.
2. Proficiency in product and content writing.
3. Multilingual capabilities (e.g., Spanish, French, etc.).
4. Background in advertising sales, software sales, marketing, consulting, account management, or media.
