1. 於作業現場管理食品衛生與安全。
2. 監督維持公司 SOP 作業，確保品質水準，實施品管計畫。
3. 導入 HACCP 觀念，運用於各階段食品衛生管理 (驗收、生產、倉儲、運輸等)。
4. 維護 ISO 22000 相關文件，以及協助工廠內部、政府單位稽核。
5. 安排內部人員衛生教育訓練。
6. 主管交辦事項。
※須具 HACCP 證書
※有營養師、食品技師證照額外加給
