Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and help resolve customer concerns.

The Meatstick crew is crazy about cooking meat to perfection. We think the perfect ribeye or T-bone steak is the gateway to an unforgettable night. We have used all sorts of timers, wired thermometers, and digital reminders but at the end of the day we always have our phone nearby!
We are such fanatics about the wireless thermometer that we develop all of our software and parts in house! We also source from all over the world to ensure our product stands the test of time!
Customer Service Staff duties and responsibilities
• Assist all customer-facing communications
• Assist customers with any issues
• Respond to customers in a timely manner
• Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
• Process warranty claims (replacements/orders)
• Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Sales for events and special sales
• Liaise with Development and Sales departments
• Build relationships with customers
