Mô tả công việc
(1)台灣或海外(越南、泰國)大樓及廠房興建工程之機電、空調、製程配套相關工程之規劃、設計、預算、選商作業。
(2)前項工程之專案執行含現場工地進度、品質及成本管控、測試驗收。
(3)台灣或海外(越南、泰國)工地管理溝通工作包含使用單位、承包商管理。
(4)建廠工程所在之當地政府溝通工作。
(5)採購、發包文件製作。
(1) Planning, design, budgeting, and vendor selection for the mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and process integration-related projects for the construction of buildings and factories in Taiwan or overseas (Vietnam, Thailand).
(2) Responsible for on-site progress, quality, and cost control, as well as testing and acceptance.
(3) Responsible for site management and communication in Taiwan or overseas (Vietnam, Thailand).
(4) Communication with local government authorities for factory construction projects.
(5) Preparation of procurement and contracting documents.
