1.需投入離岸風電水下基礎製造專案執行之合約經理一職，主要處理專案執行期間，合約相
關事務處理及各部門對於合約條文釋疑。
Required to serve as the contract manager who's involved in the execution of the offshore wind power underwater foundation manufacturing project, mainly handling contract-related matters during the project execution, including
contract provisions clarification with relevant departments.
2. 合約相關事務包括：合約追加減（Variation)、合約爭議解決（Claim）、保險
（Insurance）及其他合約衍伸出文件及事務執行。
Required to be capable of processing contract-related affairs, including: contract variation, disputation resolution, insurance and other derived documents and transaction execution.
3. 專案溝通語言為英語，需有英語溝通及書寫能力。
Be capable of communicating and writing in English
4. 能理解FIDIC Yellow Book合約，具工程公司法務經驗或相關科系畢業者尤佳
Be capable of understanding FIDIC Yellow Book contracts, who has legal experience in engineering companies or graduated from related majors is preferable
