Recruitment Officer
【JOB DESCRIPTION】
A key success to this role is in delivering high quality service with speed in sourcing and screening the right candidates for the requirements assigned by the Client/s.
A Recruitment Officer is responsible for fulfilling internal and external recruitment requirements while supporting employee relations and overall departmental goals by performing a variety of supporting administrative tasks as required.
【DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES】
• Fulfill Recruitment requirements thorough Sourcing, Assessing, Prescreening, and Interviewing candidates for open roles
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Work on agreed openings with daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Seek out creative and intelligent sourcing methods to conduct relevant research for an open role. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Proactively attract candidates through appropriate advertising mediums ensuring that a pool of suitable candidates is continuously built and maintained.
• Ensure client requests are completed in a timely manner and to the highest possible service level.
• Drive internal partnership with key stakeholders
• Ensure recruitment and selection process is adhered to and ensure that appropriate local and foreign immigration checks are carried out.
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
• Develop and update job descriptions
• Answer candidate inquiries
• Reports results on daily basis, and weekly
• Ensure accurate information is fed into the HR system
• Keep all files/records up to date
• Help achieve departmental goals
【QUALIFICATIONS】
• Good understanding of the key elements of a Talent Acquisition Model and best practice. (Demand Planning, Policy & Process, Employer Brand, Candidate Sourcing, Assessment Models, Technology, Management Information)
• Previous experience in Human Resources with focus in Recruitment
• Good experience in recruiting different position levels from various industry sectors
• Must have minimum 2 years of recruiting experience
• 1-year Minimum BPO and/or Service Industry Recruitment experience
• Experience in sourcing multi-linguals for various job positions and levels
• Well-versed in the use of various sourcing tools
• Degree level or Diploma or equivalent Relevant Experience
• Excellent spoken and written English and knowledge of another language is a plus
• Good knowledge in HR policies and practices
• Ability to work under pressure
• Flexible to work outside normal working hours, when required
• Strong personal integrity and business ethics
• Positive attitude
• Excellent communication and people skills
