【身為產品經理的任務與職責】
1. 負責SaaS產品相關的市場調查分析、產品評估、需求收集、問題分析。
2. 規劃、維護和宣傳產品路線圖,該路線圖定義了短期和長期發行版的產品增強功能。
3. 依產品路線圖計畫、設計產品功能以及上線後續的迭代優化
4. 與開發、業務部門緊密合作,在時限內交付產品
5. 跨職能的問題管理和風險緩解
6. 梳理產品待辦清單(Product Backlog)、衝刺待辦清單(Sprint Backlog),並與團隊協作以精煉使用者故事。
【我們期待你所必備的專業技能】
1.擔任軟體產品經理至少3年以上經驗(經驗包含但不限產品路線規畫、需求梳理、數據追蹤與使用者訪談等)
2.具備2年以上負責B2B軟體產品的經驗,能進行複雜的情境拆解並組合為產品功能
3.保持高度彈性面對挑戰、樂於創意發想解決問題
4.熟悉敏捷開發流程

1.具備人資領域經驗或實務工作,如:出勤、薪酬管理或參與導入HR系統★
2.規劃product roadmap並歷經產品成長期或成熟期,熟稔利害關係擅長資源協調★★★
3.良好的商業思維及主題調研能力,曾為公司商業目標提出產品策略★★★
4.曾負責BPM產品規劃,熟稔流程解構與功能模組化★★
5.曾任職新創團隊或變動快速的環境,面對挑戰總能有自己的一套應對方針★★
