Mô tả công việc

【工作內容】:
1.接聽客服專線電話並受理客戶銀行及信用卡業務相關問題
2.必要時需配合專案執行與推廣商品(沒有業績壓力,只是協助問候推廣)
#經歷不限 #對客戶服務有興趣者都可以申請 #都有專業培訓不擔心學不會
【上班時間】: 
1. 初期培訓2個月 正常培訓班別 9:00-18:00準時上下班
2. 專案上線後開始配合輪班 #每個時段皆有輪班津貼 #錢多多
輪班時段須有分早班、中班、晚班:0800-2200 輪班制
#大夜班基本上不會輪到因有固定人員輪值 (滿一年才有可能輪到喔)
#每周固定班別 --這樣才不會調適不了時間喔
#初期皆為周休六日 #開始輪班後為排班制每月可以預先排休8-11天
【上班地點】:
台北市萬華區桂林路
【薪水福利】:
1. 32k+各項津貼(輪班/交通/加班津貼)
2. 勞健保、團保
3. 經過培訓開始輪班後表現良好者可調薪35,000或轉正 #福利很多喔
【技能條件】:
1.具服務特質、抗壓性強、口齒清晰,應對流暢具備良好溝通協調能力
2.具積極、熱忱與主動的學習態度
3.良好的中文口語及文字表達能力,基本台語聽說能力
