Job Description

As an E-commerce Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online sales and marketing initiatives. You will ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all marketing activities, maintaining the integrity and reputation of our brand. Your expertise will guide the execution of innovative strategies that enhance customer engagement and promote sustainable growth. You will be responsible for:
- Manage and establish e-commerce channels, including but not limited to websites, social media, and paid advertising.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance brand awareness.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to make data-driven decisions that optimize spending and performance.
- Brainstorm and execute innovative growth strategies to meet brand objectives.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Plan and execute promotional activities to attract potential customers while managing social media accounts and creating relevant content.
- Manage daily optimizations, pacing, and reporting against key metrics while forecasting spending.
- Support innovation to stay competitive by connecting externally and keeping up with the latest trends.
- (New) Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for e-commerce, encompassing digital advertising, SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, and offline marketing activities.
