Job Description
- 需有實際品牌行銷營運操作及管理團隊的經驗
- 進行國內產品市場分析，訂定銷售計劃並執行
- 負責客戶(經銷商/設計師/燈飾店/家具店/水電行)之公關與客情維護
- 年度企劃擬定並控管活動費用
- 銷售通路的產品推廣(經銷據點/廣告/社群媒體/網路平台)
- 新品開發的市場調查、詢問與蒐集資訊(以經銷商為主要對象)
- 輔助品牌行銷進行新品的市場定位
- 跨部門溝通事項 (產品開發單位、設計工作室、廠務人員)
- 針對商品銷售狀況(通路、廣告效益、出貨量、銷售毛利)進行統計分析
- 其他主管交辦事項
-Experience in managing brand marketing, operations with practical hands-on experience, also need to have experience to leading domestic sales team.
-Domestic product market analysis and sales plan development and implementation.
- Responsible for public relations and customer relationships maintained (distributors/designers/lighting stores/furniture stores/Electrical and plumbing companies).
- Product sales promotion (distribution channel/advertisement/social media/internet platform) and maintenance.
- Market survey and understanding, inquiring and collecting information for market research before product development (will mainly need to contact our distributors).
- Discuss with the brand marketing specialist about the positioning of the new product launch in the market.
-Determined and control the marketing activities and expenses based on annual sales.
- Inter-departmental communication (coordination with product development engineering unit, design studio, factory…etc)
- Responsible for statistical analysis of product sales (distribution channels, advertising effectiveness, shipment volume, gross profit).
- Report to the management team for the daily briefing
