Mô tả công việc
1、 廠務管路建置工程視圖、工程設計圖、施工圖或竣工圖(熟悉管路系統設計佳)。
Familiarity with pipeline system design is preferred for the establishment of factory utility pipeline construction project views, engineering design drawings, construction drawings, or as-built drawings.
2、 於項目上可獨立配合總包套圖工作、進行實地勘查，並記錄施工地點的各項特徵與細節。
Can independently collaborate on the general contractor's master plan for the project, conduct on-site surveys, and document various features and details of the construction site
3、 配合項目經理進行工程階段的管路材料數量計算優化及現場空間協調。
Collaborate with the project manager to optimize pipeline material quantity calculations during the engineering phase and coordinate on-site spatial arrangements.
4、 擅長AutoCAD或Revit 3D視圖、Navisworks碰撞干涉。
Proficient in AutoCAD or Revit 3D views, and Navisworks clash detection.
5、 配合加班及外地派駐。
Available for overtime and out-of-town assignments.
6、 執行公司及主管擬定之工程設計計劃。
Execute engineering design plans proposed by the company and supervisors.
7、 施工進度協調及追蹤。
Coordination and tracking of construction progress.
8、 持續優化專案執行流程。
Continuously optimize project execution processes.
9、 會議進度召集&會議記錄審核。
Meeting schedule coordination and meeting minutes review.

其他條件
1. 具半導體相關廠務系統及管道之規劃設計或施工經驗者優先；
Experience in planning, designing, or constructing semiconductor-related facility systems and pipelines is preferred.
2. 需有良好溝通能力及抗壓性，與業主及承包商協商溝通；
Need to have good communication skills and resilience, negotiate and communicate with clients and contractors.
3. 英文能力佳者優先(外籍:中文能力佳者優先)。
Proficiency in English is preferred (for foreign applicants, proficiency in Chinese is preferred).
