Job Description
【主要職責】
一、人力資源：
1. 執行人才招募、甄選與任用工作，並協助人力需求分析規劃。
2. 撰寫職務說明書、刊登徵才廣告等作業， 並協助優化人才招募流程。
3. 協助年度績效考核作業。
4. 負責員工關係管理、員工福利規劃、員工留任作業。
5. 處理籌辦員工訓練計畫，並執行各項訓練課程。
6. 協助訂定公司人事相關辦法及流程。
二、人事行政：
1. 外國專業人士工作證與居留證等相關事宜辦理。
2. 人事系統維護。
3. 員工資料建檔、異動、離職等作業。
4. 出勤管理、請假審核、加班計算等作業。
5. 勞健保、申辦、異動作業。
6. 人事相關表單製作、發放作業。
7. 維護企業內部人力資源之相關紀錄。
【必要條件】
• 具備1年以上人資相關工作經驗。
• 具備良好的溝通協調能力。
【加分項目】
• 具備優異英文能力，能與外籍員工溝通。
• 具備相關專業證照。
• 具備熟練的文書處理能力，如 Word、Excel、PowerPoint 等。
