Job Description
1. Operation and update internal control procedures in accordance with corporate financial regulations
2. Work with internal and external tax advisors for effective deal structuring and also compliance with government and regulatory requirements
3. Work with internal and external auditors to ensure a strong internal control environment and facilitate smooth audit closing
4. Collaborate with the group legal department and external legal consultants to ensure the compliance and legality of all commercial terms
5. Collaborate with the group Treasury department to set and update insurance plans to ensure comprehensive protection of the company's major properties
6. Ensure financial operation is consistent with group financial and reporting guidelines and regulations
7. Partner and advising department managers on various aspects of business operations, including asset management and capital management
8. Planning and forecasting of sales figures to independent analyzing of potential areas for optimization by developing and implementing of solutions together with the management and departments.
9. Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
10. Reports financial status by developing forecasts; reporting results; analyzing variances; developing improvements.
11. Accomplishes finance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
12. To take the ultimate responsibility for the accuracy, timely preparation and delivery of all financial statements and reports;
13. To build and coordinate the relationship between internal relevant teams and external service providers in audit, tax, transfer pricing and statutory reporting requirements, external compliance etc.
Requirement
1. University or master’s degree in accounting or finance related
2. Accounting/Tax /Finance analysis knowledge
3. Internal control /audit experience and improvement skills
4. Familiar with Excel analysis and able to formulate the analysis precise and bring them to the point.
5. Worked in multinational companies and effectively communicated and collaborated within a matrix organization.
6. SAP experience in FI/CO
7. Good command of spoken and written English.
8. Work experience in foreign company
