Job Description
1.Motor design and control 馬達設計和控制
2.Do and manage project plans 規劃與管理專案計劃進度
3.Do and manage test plan 規劃與管理測試計劃進度
4.Assist in sourcing as necessary有需要,協助蒐尋廠商
5.Support motor manufacture process and test equipment design 支援馬達製造和設計測試設備
6.Draw design for new and existing products 新的或現有產品設計構圖
7.Make draft, chart and other work as needed 依需要，製作草圖、圖表及其他工作
8.Maintain all BOM and spec of existing product and improvement as production needed 維護現有產品的物料需求表(BOM)和規格，並且依生產需求做改善
9.Assist the cost analysis for new product and product change 協助新產品和產品變更的成本分析
10.Coordinate and assist colleagues and resources to achieve the project’s goals, including delivery, cost, quality and safety 整合和協助同仁與資源，達成專案之相關目標,包括交期、成本、品質和安全
11.Communicate with internal/external customers to ensure projects go smoothly
與內部和外部的客戶溝通,以確保專案能順利進行
