Job Description
1. 負責社區行政事務管理、管委會與住戶間溝通協調、環境清潔監督管理。
2. 指揮監督所屬員工推行會務與業務。
3. 規畫財務、安全、環境、設備等管理事項。
4.代表公司與業主之間溝通橋樑。
5.業主交辦之工作執行與回覆。
6.各項行政文書庶務工作之執行與管理。
7.委任案件緊急狀況之處理與應變。
◆須具備保全業、物業管理業相關服務經驗。
◆具社區經理經驗、事務管理人及防火管理人證照
◆熟公寓大廈法令者優先錄用
