1.熟悉飯店水、電、空調、消防、弱電、凍藏冰箱系統設備維護、保養及操作。
2.巡視各機房之狀況，並紀錄且異常狀況排除。
3.熟悉機械設備、電子產品、冷凍空調、電話系統等故障排除併教學。
4.帶領技術員完成飯店個設備例行性保養。
5.配合執行主管交辦之事務。
6.需配合輪班。
