About the job
Our home-based hearing aid service offers professional hearing assessments, device adjustments, and educational support, providing clients with the convenience of in-home care. Our experts conduct on-site hearing evaluations, install and adjust hearing aids, and offer guidance on their use and maintenance, ensuring clients receive the optimal auditory experience and satisfaction.

This role exists to provide convenient and personalized support, particularly for clients who are immobile or live in remote areas. By offering on-site hearing assessments, device adjustments, and educational support, we deliver tailored solutions right to the client's home.

How you'll find success

Things you will do
- Design the details of the home service process
- Manage project progress, effectiveness, and daily operations, including user lists and customer follow-up
- Manage the tasks of hearing experts involved in the project, schedule home service consultations, and meet user appointment needs
- Manage and coordinate the home service assignment and reception team
- Prepare regular performance reports
- Communicate and coordinate across departments to ensure smooth project progress
- Regularly review and optimize service processes
- Propose improvements to enhance project effectiveness

What we're looking for on your resume
We are seeking candidates with experience in managing home-based or on-site services. Key qualifications include expertise in team management, process optimization, and delivering high-quality customer service. Experience in project management, data analysis, and cross-departmental communication will be considered a strong advantage.
