你的工作內容
• 負責商品管理與行銷規劃,並與內外協力單位合作各項任務與專案。
• 規劃自有品牌新品上市(含ATL&BTL),並有產品行銷經驗。
• 規劃與執行年度品牌行銷計畫,協調協力單位完成活動與目標;並與商品研發團隊共同擬定新品定位、上市方案。
• 與業務團隊溝通銷售策略、促銷活動、通路提案,並追蹤活動成效。
• 熟悉自有通路與外部通路。
• 搜尋與分析產業市場資料,了解競品趨勢,掌握產業脈動及產品市場定位。
• 控管P&L、商品進銷存管理,協助教育訓練與展會活動。
• 負責範圍包含境內與境外市場。

Why We Have This Role
This role is established to manage our product categories and marketing plans, ensure smooth collaboration with both internal and external partners, and drive the success of our beauty and skincare product marketing.
How You'll Find Success
Success in this role hinges on strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of marketing and product management. Achieving goals will require coordinating with various teams, understanding market trends, and executing effective marketing campaigns.

Things You Will Do
• Manage product categories and marketing planning, collaborating with both internal and external partners on various tasks and projects.
• Plan the launch of new private-label products (including ATL & BTL) and have experience in marketing beauty and skincare products.
• Plan and execute annual brand marketing plans, coordinate with partners to complete campaigns and goals, and work with the product development team to establish product positioning and launch strategies.
• Communicate with the sales team about sales strategies, promotions, and channel proposals, and track campaign performance.
• Be familiar with both internal and external sales channels.
• Search and analyze industry market data, understand competitor trends, and stay on top of industry developments and product market positioning.
• Control P&L, manage product inventory, and assist with training and exhibition activities.
• The scope of responsibility includes both domestic and international markets.
