• 具市場開拓能力及開發新客戶，並定期拜訪客戶，維繫穩定客戶關係。

• 維護既有客戶並推廣合作夥伴業務，進而拓展目標市場新客戶，達成業績目標，落實客戶管理。

• 負責國內外業務接洽、產品報價及產品展示與說明。

• 規劃國際商展，參與企劃，協調行銷活動（如：展覽、廣告、會議）。

1. Lead and manage all Rehear's commercial activities including engaging in various stages of the sales cycle, setting up account strategy, executing the account plan, developing multi-level customer relationship across functions of product planning, procurement and senior management, to meet or exceed annual and quarterly revenue and design targets, along with business objectives.

2. Clearly articulate customer needs, along with industry trends to sales management and Rehear product lines.

3. Understand the competitive landscape, obtain feedback and work with PMs/engineering teams to provide our offerings to customers.
