Mô tả công việc
Details of Position:
1. Content Creation and Quality Assurance:
a. Create and proofread online teaching materials based on predetermined curriculums. Follow the scope and sequence provided by the materials and management teams. Repurpose existing materials to align with curriculum and CEFR requirements.
2. Assist with Collaboration and Communication:
a. Assist home-based writers and in-house materials team in adjusting and refining materials developed by TutorABC, Oxford University Press, Cambridge University Press, and Barron’s.
Requirements
Required:
1. C1 level of English proficiency or higher.
2. Good understanding of language-learning concepts, demonstrating this understanding in lesson planning, teaching and assessment.
3. High level of computer skills – specifically Microsoft PPT, Excel and Word.
4. Provide accurate examples of language points taught at A1–C1 levels (Understanding of CEFR and the Cambridge English Teaching Framework).
5. 1 year of ESL teaching or materials development experience.
6. Application should include a customized cover letter.
Desirable:
1. Has online teaching experience.
2. Familiarity with a range of relevant ESL course materials.
3. Friendly, engaging, and enthusiastic personality.
Education
1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher
2. TEFL Certification or higher
Salary range
Starting at NT$45,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
