Mô tả công việc
1.熟記各型態客房間數、坪數、定價及備品固定成本等。
2.協助顧客安排住宿相關事宜。
3.熟悉館內各項促銷及優惠活動。
4.複核班別人力及調度作業。
5.督導單位內之標準作業流程。
6.掌握當日預計抵達旅客名單及住房率。
7.櫃檯零用金保管稽核。
8.初核客房營收日報表、月報表及年度報表。
9.部門間溝通協調。
10.安排教育訓練
11.掌握本館及地區同業住房率、平均房價及各項促銷活動。
