Job Description:
The role plays a pivotal part within the organization, responsible for securing and developing Japanese supply chains. The goal is not only to ensure a smooth supply procedure but also to lead the Japanese team to higher objectives.
Criteria:
1. Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Food Science, Business Administration, Japanese Language, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in supply chain function.
2. Knowledge/Skills:
• Excellency in interpersonal communication skill.
• Proficiency in Japanese and English languages.
• Good understanding of any other language is a plus.
• Developed understanding of the procurement process.
• Good understanding of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint…etc.)
• Good understanding of Global Trading.
Responsibilities:
1. Procurement/Supply Chain Management: Carry out/overlook the purchasing and supply chain activity for the Japanese accounts. Communicate with Japanese suppliers and logistic companies to ensure the products are competitive in price, adequate in quantity and are delivered on-time.
2. Product Sourcing/Development: Support Development Team in sourcing novel Japanese products, analyzing local trends, and designing product developing scheme.
3. (Side)Design: We would appreciate if you feel comfortable and can work with graphic designs to assist the product development process.
4. Team Coordination: Collaborate between international suppliers and internal teams (R&D, Sales, Finance). Basically the ability to navigate oneself despite being squeezed in the middle like a ham in a sandwich.

職務内容:
調達/サプライチェーン管理:
•日本のアカウントの調達およびサプライチェーン活動の実行と監督を行う
•日本のサプライヤーや物流会社とコミュニケーションを通じ、製品の価格競争力、適切な数量、および予定通りの調達を確保する
製品調達/開発:
•開発チームによる日本における新しい製品の調達、現地トレンドの分析、製品開発計画設計をサポートする
チーム調整:
海外のサプライヤーと社内チーム（研究開発、販売、財務）との調整および連携を行う。板挟みになっても自身をナビゲートできる能力が必要。
デザイン:
製品開発プロセスをサポートするためのグラフィックデザインができる方歓迎
