1、國內外專利/商標檢索及專利侵權分析，建立公司與競爭對手專利地圖與資料庫。
2、專利說明書撰稿及專利圖式繪製。
3、專利申請前分析討論申請技術內容或迴避設計方案。
4、專利侵害鑑定。
5、與國內外專利案件申請及時程控管。
6、其他主管交辦事宜。
