【Work content】
1. Respond to customer messages online (FB, LINE)
2. Operate the backend system to arrange orders
3. Handles follow-up issues related to consumer purchases (product changes, returns, customer complaints, logistics tracking)
4. Basic computer word processing and familiarity with office software (Ms.Word /Ms.Excel)
5. Compile customer needs or problems and report them to relevant departments and make suggestions for improvement
6. Daily operation, maintenance, and management of the community to enhance company process
