Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at beflo, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. You will serve as the main point of contact for customer interactions, handling various channels such as email, live chat, and phone calls. Fluency in English is required for effective communication with English-speaking customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responding to customer inquiries: Address customer questions, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally through email, live chat, and phone calls.
2. Order management: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
3. Product knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of beflo products, features, and functionalities to provide accurate and detailed information to customers.
4. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to products, orders, payments, and shipping, providing timely and satisfactory solutions.
5. Customer feedback: Actively listen to customer feedback, suggestions, and concerns, and communicate them to the appropriate teams for further improvements.
6. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the customer service database.
7. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, sales, and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
8. Ensure the protection of customers' personal information and privacy, complying with relevant laws and company policies.
9. Possess abundant patience to handle various customer emotions and needs, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer experience.
