Job Description
We’re seeking an Jamf expert. The expert will manage Jamf to integrate information systems, hardware, software, and network configurations. Key responsibilities include supporting overseas remote teams and ensuring secure access. Fluency in English is required.
# Responsibilities
1. Provide IT support to overseas and remote co-workers.
2. Set up and manage the office network infrastructure.
3. Administer company email accounts, software applications, and systems.
4. Oversee work utilities and services to ensure efficiency.
5. Manage and maintain company equipment and technology assets.
# Qualifications
1. Manage Apple devices using Jamf or other MDM solutions.
2. Administer Google Workspace and implement Single-Sign-On with other softwares for secure access.
3. Configure and maintain firewalls/routers (Mikrotik, Fortigate, Cisco, etc.) for network security.
4. Manage switches to optimize network performance.
5. Set up and maintain WiFi APs (Aruba, Cisco, etc.) for reliable connectivity.
6. Configure Jamf trust and other VPNs.
7. Manage VLANs to minimize security risks.
8. Use Google Secured LDAP for authentication on WiFi, Mac, and Windows.
9. Proficiency in both English and Chinese, written and spoken.
The initial workplace is located at Taipei 101, will relocate soon to a new site near MRT - Zhongxiao Xinsheng station in Taipei.
