【工作內容】
(一)回覆並解決買賣家於智取門市所衍生之相關問題、引導系統操作並辨識系統異常情況,針對已回報的系統問題進行追蹤與執行後續作業。
(二)了解賣家、消費者的需求,提供產品/流程等反饋建議,跨部門協作及溝通。
(三)針對爭議案件啟動調查流程,保障公司、部門、買家、賣家...等各方權益,主動追蹤案件進度並妥善處理之。
(四)依據用戶諮詢案件資訊 (如:聯絡管道、時間點、問題類型、聯絡客服的頻率) 改善蝦皮店到店相關服務流程。
(五)有效處理蝦皮客服、退貨退款團隊、BD OPS 團隊等轉介之客戶問題,確保問題能在時效內被解決,致力提升用戶服務體驗。

【工作資訊】
- 上班時間:14:30 - 23:30
- 休假制度:不需輪班 / 需排休
- 薪資:32,000 - 38,000/月 (核薪)
- 津貼:平均5,000 - 6,000/月
