Job Description
We're seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to play a key role in the development of web games, focusing on developing back-offices and portals using ReactJS. If you're an expert in JavaScript or TypeScript and fluent in English, join our team for an exciting gaming project!
# Responsibilities
1. Deliver robust, testable and efficient code that meets the highest standards of quality.
2. Collaborate closely with the team to develop gaming products.
3. Document and maintain software functionalities, ensuring clarity for future reference.
4. Design and implement site UI and features using ReactJS.
# Qualifications
1. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field.
2. 5+ years of good experience in Javascript & Typescript.
3. Good understanding of React and the ecosystem such as React Query, Zustand, etc.
4. Strong understanding of Jest, or any other Unit test frameworks.
5. Proactive with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
6. Familiarity with SVG API, GSAP, Motion, React Spring or other animation library.
7. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement responsive and pixel-perfect designs.
8. Proficiency in both English and Chinese, written and spoken.
# Nice to have
1. Experience in browser game development.
2. Experience in PixiJS or other H5 frameworks.
3. Familiarity with Canvas API or other canvas frameworks.
The initial workplace is located at Taipei 101, with plans to relocate soon to a new site near MRT - Zhongxiao Xinsheng stations in Taipei.
