About us:
VICI Holdings’ Quantitative team is seeking a Senior ETF Researcher who is proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or C++ for ensuring workflow quality.

After achieving significant research results, you will have the opportunity to pursue a career in high-frequency or quantitative trading and develop automated trading strategies based on your interests.
We boast the leading software development team in Taiwan and possess FPGA design technology in parallel with wall street trading firms. This expertise enables us to build low-latency, fully automated trading systems. Our trading strategies cover stocks, futures, and derivatives, achieving a daily global trading volume in the hundreds of millions dollars.
Roles/ Responsibilities:
• End-to-end research and development, including idea generation, data processing, strategy back-testing, optimization, and production implementation.
• Trading models and strategies execution implementation and market monitoring.
• Conduct quantitative research independently including market data analysis, prototyping, strategy parameters tuning, and performance monitoring.
Candidate Requirements:
• Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Finance, Business/ Trading or with other quantitative-related experience.
• Strong passion for trading strategy research is a must.
• Ability to development of trading models or strategies independently.
• Programming skill in Python is a must, experience with C++ or R is a plus.
• AI algorithmic trading strategy research capability is a plus.
Other Requirement:
• High self-motivated individual with good communication skill.

其中，金融研究員是結合財金、統計、和資訊的一份職務，在整個研究的期間將會同時使用及學習到不同領域的知識並將其結合，以上不同領域知識包含（但不僅限於）交易規則、市場微結構、統計、機器學習。相比起計量研究員，將會更專注在規則、市場的理解，並使用量化方法輔助交易決策。
為了使工作順利，需利用程式工具來完成任務，因此需俱備Python、R或是C++等程式語言的基本使用能力。在累積一定的研究成果後，也有機會依個人意願發展高頻交易、量化交易員職涯，建立自動交易策略。
【工作內容】
・各類金融商品交易法規研究、解讀和分析。
・金融數據分析（方法挑選、資料蒐集與分析）。
・獨立進行量化研發，包括市場資料分析、原型設計、策略參數調整及效能監控（建立模型原型、回測）。
【能力需求】
・經濟、財金、財務數學、商管學院等相關科系。
・對交易策略研究有強大的熱情。
・熟悉 Python（必要）。
【加分項】
・熟悉C++或任ㄧ程式語言。
・具備AI演算法交易策略研究能力。
