We're seeking a Lead QA Engineer to oversee quality assurance for our game development, ensuring excellence in server-side logic, databases, and client-side admin interfaces. If you're a seasoned expert in automated testing, fluent in English, and ready to lead a dynamic team in a challenging project, we'd love to have you join us!
# Responsibilities
1. Lead game platform, black-box, white-box, functional, integration, and stress testing efforts, and produce detailed anomaly reports.
2. Oversee the tracking and analysis of product issues, providing guidance for corrections and expanding test coverage through issue reproduction.
3. Develop and document robust testing processes, and champion the adoption of diverse testing methodologies within the development team.
4. Mentor and guide team members in best practices and testing strategies.
# Qualifications
General Must Have:
1. Good English communications.
2. Worked in startup and successful companies before.
3. Strong management experience.
4. Good at Performance Tracking.
- Provide tracking systems.

- Identify underperforming employees.
- help underperforming employees.
5. Documentation & organization Skills.
Good to Have:
1. Industry knowledge.
2. Familiarity with databases like MySQL, MongoDB, Loki and DynamoDB.
Specific Must Have:
1. Good at both manual testing and automated testing development.
2. Demonstrated expertise in writing comprehensive specifications and test documents.
3. Moderate Python skills.
The initial workplace is located at Taipei 101, with plans to relocate soon to a new site near MRT - Zhongxiao Xinsheng stations in Taipei.
