工作職責:
• 協調專案活動、資源、設備和資訊，確保所有專案方面與業務目標一致。
• 根據需要支援行政任務，如安排會議、記錄會議紀要和處理雜務。
• 利用專案管理工具跟踪工時、計劃執行並監控支出。
• 將任務分解為可行動作，設定時間表，並建立詳細的專案計劃。
• 監控專案進展並管理可能出現的任何問題。
• 充當聯絡人並適時向所有參與者傳達專案狀態。
• 與客戶、利益相關者和內部團隊聯繫，確定和定義專案要求、範圍和目標。
• 創建全面的專案文件、計劃和報告，確保適當的記錄。
• 提供用戶支援，確保及時且令人滿意地解決所有查詢和問題。
工作要求:
• 有1-2年的工作經驗。有IT測試或網頁設計經驗尤佳。
• 優秀的客戶面向和內部溝通技巧。
• 能夠分析專案並提供戰略計劃方面的意見。
• 具備良好的組織能力，包括多任務處理和時間管理。
• 優秀的團隊合作能力，並證明能夠在壓力下良好地工作。
• 熟悉專案管理軟體工具、方法論和最佳實踐。
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information, ensuring all project aspects are aligned with the business goals and objectives.
• Support administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and handling miscellaneous tasks.
• Utilize project management tools to track work hours, plan execution, and monitor expenditures.
• Break tasks into doable actions, set timeframes, and establish a detailed project plan.
• Monitor project progress and manage any potential issues that may arise.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders and internal teams to identify and define project
requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Create comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports, ensuring proper record keeping.
• Provide user support, ensuring all queries and issues are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
Requirements:
• With 1-2 years of working experience. Prior experience in the IT sector is strongly preferred.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Ability to analyse projects and provide strategic planning input.
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
• Strong teamwork skills and proven ability to work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best
practices.

AJX was registered as a company in Taiwan in 2022. Our headquarters are located in Malaysia, with branch offices in Thailand, Indonesia, and Taiwan. While we are a new company in Taiwan, we have over 10 years of development experience in Malaysia.
In Taiwan, our company specializes in providing IT software project development, design programming backend technology, and management services. Apart from IT development projects, our Malaysian headquarters is involved in various businesses, including operating a trendy fashion brand, BWAVE, and a Hong Kong-style dim sum restaurant, 8號點心.
Similarly, our Indonesian and Thai branches offer IT development projects and have dedicated departments for fashion design. In recent years, our company has diversified into non-IT-related industries and continues to grow.
