Job Description
食品品管人員或食品衛生管理人員工作內容:
1.原料進貨驗收檢查與紀錄.
2.作業環境衛生巡檢與維護.
3.產線之產品製程品質管制.
4.協助品質異常及客訴的處理.
5.量測儀器校驗作業
6.HACCP/ISO 食品安全管理系統管理、執行及維護
工作內容如下(這事法規訂的食品衛生管理人員的工作，也等同是上面的工作內容)
一 .食品良好衛生規範之執行與監督.
二 .食品安全管制系統之擬訂、執行與監督.
三 . 其他有關食品衛生管理及員工教育訓練工作.
