工作內容：
1. Quarterly pricing maintenance (PPV, Buy Down, RMA, freight, etc)
2. New product quote strategy and quote generation
3. Operation strategy analysis and quote logic development
4. Business case validation and cost analysis
5. Internal process improvement (from cost perspective)
6. Internal cost review
