【Budget / latest forecast - Sales】
- Collect the input and assumptions from brand team
- Independently discuss with brand team for assumptions/targets (linked with business plans), and highlight outstanding points to functional heads and GM
- Provide timely, relevant annual sales target and related reconciliation, and present with the independence in the meeting
【Marketing promotion】
- Independently responsible for marketing promotion pre-analysis, verify assumptions (discuss with marketing if needed) and prepare sales pre-analysis/ post tracking for marketing campaign & cost evaluation
- Review KPI and summarize the results and lesson learned on his/ her own
【Reporting】
- Independently responsible for the weekly sales reporting and analysis for assigned functional areas
- Prepare financial reports, charts, tables and other exhibits as requested with insightful comments
- Do Q&A predictions and highlight risk/opportunities to HFPA and FD
【Ad hoc】
- Support HFPA to perform ad-hoc tasks
- Independently perform financial justification for projects with understandings of business knowhow and working knowledge
