Things You Will Do / 你的工作內容
• 負責商品管理與行銷規劃,並與內外協力單位合作各項任務與專案。
• 規劃自有品牌新品上市(含ATL&BTL),並有產品行銷經驗。
• 規劃與執行年度品牌行銷計畫,協調協力單位完成活動與目標;並與商品研發團隊共同擬定新品定位、上市方案。
• 與業務團隊溝通銷售策略、促銷活動、通路提案,並追蹤活動成效。
• 熟悉自有通路與外部通路(含KA、PCS、藥房等),了解專業醫療通路生態(含診所及醫院、線上通路)。
• 搜尋與分析產業市場資料,了解競品趨勢,掌握產業脈動及產品市場定位。
• 控管P&L、商品進銷存管理,協助教育訓練與展會活動。
• 負責範圍包含境內與境外市場。
• Manage product categories and marketing plans, coordinating with internal and external partners.
• Plan and launch new proprietary brand products (including ATL & BTL), such as health supplements..
• Develop and execute annual brand marketing plans, coordinating with partners to achieve goals, and collaborating with the product development team on new product positioning and launch plans.
• Communicate with the sales team on sales strategies, promotional activities, and channel proposals, tracking the effectiveness of these activities.
• Operate and understand both internal and external channels (including KA, PCS, pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and online channels).
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand competitive trends, industry dynamics, and product market positioning.
• Manage P&L, inventory, and assist with training and exhibition activities.
• Responsibilities cover both domestic and international markets.
